Board of Directors Positions
Duties of Officers & Directors
The Association's Election Year is December 1 through November 30th. The opportunity to volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors will be available late July of each year with the Nominations occuring in August, the Election in September and the Installation in November.

OFFICERS
President-Elect
This is a three-year commitment as the individual will serve three consecutive one-year terms: one as President-Elect, one as President, and one as Past President.
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Assumes duties and responsibilities of President when needed.
o Serves on the Executive Committee.
o Serves as a signatory on Association accounts.
o Represents the Association at state and national Association meetings and conferences as determined by the annual budget.
Treasurer
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Serves on the Executive Committee.
o Chair of the Finance Committee.
o Reviews the Association financial statements to ensure compliance with the current Financial Policy of the Association.
o Presents the Financial Report at the Board of Directors meetings.
o Serves as a signatory on Association accounts.
o Represents the Association at state and national Association meetings and conferences as determined by the annual budget.
Vice President
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Serves on the Executive Committee.
o Assumes the duties of the President-Elect should the office become vacant during the election year in accordance with Article XI, Section 7a of the Association bylaws.
o Represents the Association at state and national Association meetings and conferences as determined by the annual budget.
Secretary
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Serves on the Executive Committee.
o Represents the Association at state and national Association meetings and conferences as determined by the annual budget.
DIRECTORS
(3) Two-Year Positions
Duties/Responsibilities of All Members of the Board of Directors Include:
o Attending meetings of the Board of Directors as scheduled.
o Attending all events and functions of the Association.
o Complying with and enforcing the Association bylaws, policies and procedures.
o Representing the Association in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
