*Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
CCIMs are recognized as experts in commercial investment real estate and live up to their distinguished reputation as model business partners for commercial real estate users, owners, and investors. Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
*Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)
Only 1,100 practitioners carry the CRE Designation, denoting the highest recognition in the real estate industry. Members are awarded the CRE Designation, bestowed by invitation only, in recognition of their achievements in real estate counseling.
*Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM)
Membership includes nearly 16,000 individual members and 530 corporate members who manage more than 6.5 billion square feet of commercial space and more than 13 million residential units, totaling over $848.2 billion in real estate assets. IREM offers four membership options to help professionals meet their career and advancement goals. Three esteemed designations certify competence and professionalism for those engaged in real estate management. Additionally, IREM offers associate membership status.
*Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR)
Real estate transaction professionals who hold the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, and agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals, as the most experienced and capable brokerage practitioners in any market. Designees specialize in industrial, office, sales manager, or advisory services categories.
*REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
The REALTORS® Land Institute is open to all REALTORS®, REALTOR®-ASSOCIATES, and NAR affiliate members who are interested in professionalism in land brokerage.
